Wolfgang Seeger, Chairman of the Board, is partner of Advocatur Seeger, Frick & Partner AG and Seeger & Seeger Treuunternehmen, the oldest law firm in the Principality of Liechtenstein. Until the end of 2004 he was Vice President of the State Court of Liechtenstein. www.sfplex.li

Yousef Sherkati, Vice Chairman of the Board, is a successful independent entrepreneur and Chief Executive Officer of TransInvest Holding Ltd. in St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Werner Althaus, Member of the Board, has previously worked at Credit Suisse and was also a member of the Executive Board of the Cantonal Bank of St. Gallen.

Franz Jäggi, Member of the Board, retired from UBS in 1998 after a successful career in various positions, including divisional head for Latin America and member of the global credit committee.

Professor Dr. Dr. h.c. Albert Huch FRCOG, Member of the Board, is involved after having a successful international university career in medicine in numerous activities in the medical industry and concerning health systems. He is among others board member of the Helios Group in Germany, founder of GynoSuisse, a women health centre in Switzerland, and is an investor in real estate.

International Advisory Board H.H. Anton Prinz von und zu Liechtenstein, Chairman of the Advisory Board, had an extensive banking career at Banque Gutzwiller, Clariden Bank, and at Morgan Guaranty in New York. Prince Anton also served for almost ten years as Chairman of the Advisory Board of Liechtensteinische Landesbank, and is currently a board member of a private bank in Geneva and a Board member of the Crans-Montana Forum.
